The Hoern Toad Tackle Shaky Head was designed and used by Bassmaster and FLW Tour Pro Sean Hoernke to win 2 FLW Tour Titles. The 4/0 Hook is used for smaller diameter baits like 4" worms. The 5/0 Hook is designed for use with larger diameter baits like 7" worms. This bait is designed to "texpose" your worm unlike other screwlock heads on the market.
